Which platforms will be measured?

Product, position and price will come from product results in Google AI Mode, and product and price from AI Overviews, which we get from a licensed Google results provider. In ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, the products named in the answer text will be read, and those rows labelled “API answer”.

Will it measure ChatGPT's shopping cards?

No. Shopping cards only appear inside the ChatGPT app, and we don't copy data from consumer apps. For ChatGPT, the products named in API answers will be measured; product card and position data will come from Google AI Mode.

What can I do if Ai quotes the wrong price for my product?

Find where the price is read from and fix that source. Ai often takes prices from your product page, marketplace listings or your product listing on Google. Adding the current price to your product page as structured data (Product schema) and keeping your Merchant Center listing up to date is the most reliable step. Ai Shopping will check wrong prices against your catalog, flag them and add the fix to your action list.

How will I upload my catalog?

With a CSV file or your Google Merchant Center feed. Product name, price and page address are enough; results will be matched against this list, and no guessed products will be measured.

Which brands is it for?

Any e-commerce brand with a product catalog, and the agencies working with them. Brands selling services don't get shopping questions, so this tool doesn't apply to them; Ai Visibility covers them.

We don't give a date; the tool is in development. When it opens, those who requested early access hear from us first.

This tool measures which of your products are recommended for shopping questions, where they rank, the price quoted and, where the result shows a seller, which seller buyers are sent to, by comparing everything with your own product catalog.
