Monthly or yearly subscription access to the VIBE TO GEO software under the chosen plan: brand visibility measurement in Ai answers, competitor and source analysis, action suggestions and reports. The plan's number of brands, credits and features are shown at the payment step.

The total amount including all taxes, the currency and the period are shown at the payment step. Buyers in Türkiye pay in Turkish lira including VAT; buyers abroad pay in US dollars without VAT. Payment is taken by card through iyzico. There is no delivery charge.

For Buyers in Türkiye, paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to the stored card. Price changes are emailed at least 30 days in advance. Buyers outside Türkiye have no trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee on every payment.

A Buyer with a paid subscription may buy one-off credit packs. The number of credits and the total price including taxes are shown at the payment step; the price is charged once and does not renew automatically. Credits are added immediately once payment is approved and are valid for 12 months; the monthly allowance is used first, then purchased credits. Unused or expired credits are not refunded.

The service is delivered electronically and starts immediately once payment is approved (for a trial start, when the trial begins); there is no physical delivery.

Because the service is performed instantly in electronic form and starts immediately with the Buyer's consent, there is no right of withdrawal under Articles 15(1)(ğ) and 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Buyer confirms this separately at the payment step. Free cancellation during the trial is unaffected.

The subscription can be cancelled from the Billing page in the panel or by writing to info@vibetogeo.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
