What it does

  • Asks the chosen queries on each engine weekly or daily and extracts whether the brand is mentioned, in what position and with what tone.
  • Visibility score 0–100: mention rate 50%, position 30%, positive tone 20%. Position and tone are measured only in answers that mention the brand. The score is computed from prompts that don't name the brand; prompts that name it don't count.
  • Shows share of voice against competitors and mentions per engine.
  • Lists the sources cited in answers and whether the brand appears in them.
  • Produces a prioritised action list with the data behind each item.
  • On the Growth and Agency plans, runs the Brand Perception audit and checks claims in Ai answers against the brand's own facts.
  • Audits how readable the site is for Ai bots; generates llms.txt and Markdown versions of pages; analyses Ai bot visits from server logs or Cloudflare.
  • Provides PDF reports, share links and CSV; on paid plans the monthly report is produced automatically on the 1st of each month (on by default). On the Agency plans the report is emailed to the client under the agency's name. White-label reports and the REST API are on the Agency plans, the MCP server on Growth and above, team roles on every paid plan.
  • A free chat assistant on the website explains the product, pricing and plans. In the dashboard a help assistant explains usage, troubleshooting and results; it sees an account summary, changes nothing and uses 1–3 credits per question.
