What if I run out of credits?

We measure as much as your remaining credits allow and let you know; no surprise invoice. On a paid plan you can buy a one-off extra credit pack, upgrade your plan or wait for the next cycle.

Do I pay in TRY or USD?

If your billing country is Turkey you pay in TRY, VAT included, and receive a VAT invoice. Elsewhere you pay in USD. Both run through iyzico.

Does the trial require a card?

In Türkiye, yes: the 7-day trial takes a card, but cancel before it ends and you're not charged. Outside Türkiye there is no trial; instead you get a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. The free score tool needs neither card nor payment.

What if I have more than 3 brands on the Agency plan?

Each extra brand is $49 a month and adds 1,200 credits; Agency tops out at 25 brands. Around 10 brands, Agency and Agency Plus cost about the same, and Agency Plus adds priority support, onboarding help and a 100-brand ceiling.

Pricing questions

At the Standard measurement level, 1 credit = 1 prompt × 1 engine × 1 run: 50 prompts × 6 engines × 4 runs a month = 1,200 credits, exactly the Brand plan's monthly credits. You choose which engines a brand is measured on in its settings. The Advanced and Deep levels spend more credits per call. Reports don't consume credits; the assistant in the dashboard uses 1–3 credits per question.
