What we collect, why, where we store it and who we share it with.
1.What we collect
Account data (name, email), brand configuration (website, industry, aliases, competitors, prompts), engine answers and derived metrics, payment references (we never store card data), and product usage events.
2.AI providers
Your prompts are sent to the official APIs of OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic. What we send is brand and category questions; it contains no personal data. We never scrape consumer interfaces.
3.Payments
Payments run through iyzico. Your card details are processed by iyzico and never stored in our systems. We hold only subscription and customer references.
4.Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (session, security) and, subject to consent, analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
5.Storage and security
Data is held on servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure each organisation can access only its own data.
6.Deletion
When you close your account, your data is fully deleted within 30 days. For earlier deletion, write to info@vibetogeo.com.
