KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice covers personal data we process as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1.Data controller

VIBE TO GEO is operated by Salt Kreatif in İzmir, Türkiye. Contact: info@vibetogeo.com.

2.Personal data processed

Identity and contact data (name, email), customer transaction data (subscription plan, billing records), security data (login records, hashed IP address). The free score tool processes only an email address, a website address and a hashed IP.

3.Purposes

Providing the service and performing the contract, billing and accounting obligations, customer support, securing the service and preventing abuse, and — with your explicit consent — marketing communication.

4.Legal grounds

Formation and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f), and explicit consent for marketing (art. 5/1).

5.International transfers

To deliver the service, data is shared with cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, email and analytics providers. Transfers are made under KVKK art. 9 using standard contractual clauses and the required undertakings.

6.Retention

For the life of your subscription plus 30 days. Records required by accounting and tax law are retained for their statutory periods.

7.Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties it was transferred to, and claim compensation for damages. Write to info@vibetogeo.com.
