Identity and contact data (name, email, phone), customer transaction data (subscription plan, extra credit purchases, billing details and records), security data (login records, hashed IP address; at the payment step the IP address itself is passed only to the payment institution). The free score tool processes only an email address, a website address and a hashed IP. When you visit the website we count the page you open, where you came from and any campaign tag, your browser and device type, and the country derived from your IP address; the IP address is not stored. Questions and answers typed into the chat assistant are stored without an IP address or account details; the assistant in the dashboard uses a summary of the account (organization name, plan, credits, brand names and measurement results) to answer, and this summary is not stored.

Providing the service and performing the contract, billing and accounting obligations, customer support, replying to requests sent through the contact form or by email, securing the service and preventing abuse, website visit statistics (how often pages are opened and which campaign a visit came from), and — with your explicit consent — marketing communication, and answering questions sent to the chat assistant and improving it. Support: time-limited, read-only review with the account owner's explicit permission.

Formation and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f, which also covers visit statistics), and explicit consent for marketing (art. 5/1).

To deliver the service, data is shared with cloud infrastructure, Ai model providers, email and analytics providers; these transfers are made under KVKK art. 9 using standard contractual clauses and the required undertakings. Website visit statistics are kept in Umami Cloud by Umami Software, Inc., on servers in the European Union: the page opened (with parameters other than campaign tags, and the access codes in report, invitation and result links, removed), where you came from, browser and device type, and the country derived from your IP address. Data needed for payment (name, email, phone, billing address, IP address) is transferred to iyzico, a payment institution licensed under Law No. 6493, to perform the contract.

For the life of your subscription plus 30 days. Records required by accounting and tax law are retained for their statutory periods. Questions and answers typed into the chat assistant are kept for 30 days.

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties it was transferred to, and claim compensation for damages.
