Measuring alone isn't enough; you need to know what to do next. After every measurement the Action List turns the findings into concrete tasks: which sites to be on, which page to write, which wrong fact about you to correct. Tasks are ranked by impact and effort, each with the data behind it.

A ready task list for your team
Up to 10 tasks after every measurement, ranked by impact. When you tell your team “let's do this”, you show the data behind it too.
See plansA concrete plan for your client every month
Recommendations go into the monthly report, so your client sees what was done and why. Mark the work you finish and follow its effect together in later measurements.

Tasks sit in three columns. Move what you've done to Done and what you won't do to Dismiss. The list refreshes after every measurement but your decisions stay: a task you marked done doesn't reopen.
Each recommendation is one concrete task, with its impact, effort and type (content, listing, PR, community, technical, Brand Perception) and the reason it was suggested. The list is ranked by impact first, then effort.
“Show evidence” opens the data behind the task: which site is cited in how many answers, which competitor it supports, in how many answers of a question type you appear, which sentence of the Ai answer is wrong.
Marking a task done takes one click, so there's a record of what was done month by month; the monthly report shows the top recommendations too.
01
After every measurement, answers, sources, competitors and, if available, Brand Perception findings are collected into one evidence file.
02
Fixed rules catch the obvious gaps first, such as a comparison site your competitor is on and you aren't. Then Ai reads the same evidence and adds what the rules can't see; it doesn't write a recommendation it can't tie to data.
03
Mark what you've done and see how your score, mention rate and sources change in later measurements. Download the list as CSV, or open it inside Claude or ChatGPT on the Growth, Agency, and Agency Plus plans.
Every recommendation is tied to data from the measurement. If Ai can't tie a recommendation to data, it doesn't make the list.
If a measurement returned no answers (for example, you ran out of credits), no new recommendations are written; the previous list stays as it was.
The same recommendation is refreshed each measurement but never added twice; a task you marked done doesn't reopen.
