Terms of Service

VIBE TO GEO is subscription software that measures brand visibility in Ai search engines. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are measured through the providers' official APIs. No engine's consumer interface is scraped by us. Measurement may not be identical to the consumer interface experience.

You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. Sharing an account is prohibited; use role-based invitations for team members.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, charged in advance, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with one click from the Billing page in the panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you are not charged again.

14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of any payment for a full refund. No questions asked. Details are on the Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds page.

If your billing country is Türkiye, your purchase is governed by the Turkish-language Distance Sales Agreement, Pre-sale Information Form and refund page.

Plan credits are monthly and do not roll over. Extra credit packs bought on paid plans are valid for 12 months, are not removed at the monthly renewal and are used after the monthly allowance; their terms are in the Distance Sales Agreement. When credits run out, scans are marked partial; no overage is charged.

When you cancel a subscription, your organization moves to the free plan at the end of the period; your brands, measurements and reports stay and you can upgrade again at any time. If you close your account, it can be restored within 30 days; after that all of its data is permanently deleted. To have your data deleted sooner, write to info@vibetogeo.com.

You may not use the service unlawfully, in ways that infringe third-party rights, or for automated resale. Engine providers' terms of service also apply.

Rights in the software and interface remain ours. Your brand data, prompts and generated reports are yours. On agency plans you may present reports to clients under your own brand. To improve the service and produce industry statistics (Ai Search Trends), we may use measurement results (the brands, sources and question types that appear in answers) aggregated with a threshold so that no account, brand or prompt can be identified. Your prompt texts and which brands you measure are never shared with others.

The service is provided "as is". Ai output can be wrong; do not base commercial decisions on this data alone. Our liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.
