By using VIBE TO GEO you accept the terms below.
1.The service
VIBE TO GEO is subscription software that measures brand visibility through the official APIs of AI search engines. Measurement is API-based and may not be identical to the consumer interface experience.
2.Your account
You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. Sharing an account is prohibited; use role-based invitations for team members.
3.Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; unused time is not refunded. Cancel within the 7-day trial and you are not charged.
4.Credits
Plan credits are monthly and do not roll over. When credits run out, runs are marked partial; no overage is charged.
5.Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, in ways that infringe third-party rights, or for automated resale. Engine providers' terms of service also apply.
6.Intellectual property
Rights in the software and interface remain ours. Your brand data, prompts and generated reports are yours. On agency plans you may present reports to clients under your own brand.
7.Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong; do not base commercial decisions on this data alone. Our liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.
