01How is the visibility score calculated?
The score runs from 0 to 100 and has three parts: mention rate (50%), position (30%) and positive tone (20%).
Mention rate is the share of answers that mention your brand. Position is where your brand appears among the brands named in an answer: first place earns full points, and the component drops to zero at fifth place and below. Tone is read from the sentences that mention your brand; a negative sentence about a competitor does not affect yours.
Position and tone are measured only in the answers that mention you and enter the score multiplied by your mention rate: every answer that does not mention you scores zero on those two parts as well. So if you are mentioned in half the answers, your score is at most 50 even if you come first and positive every time. The score uses the latest answer on each engine for every active prompt that doesn't name you. A prompt that names your brand surfaces it anyway, so it doesn't count toward the score, share of voice or competitor rank; you'll find its answers on the Prompts page. The report states how many answers the score rests on.
Mentions are first matched literally in the text, including Turkish suffixes ("Bitelabın", "Bitelaba"). If a brand name collides with an everyday word (say, a brand called "Ritim", Turkish for rhythm), a small language model makes the call. Share of voice is your mentions divided by the mentions of you and your competitors combined.
02Which engines are measured, and how?
Supported engines: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. The Engines section of your brand settings shows which ones your brand is measured on.
We measure ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity through the providers' official APIs. Google AI Overviews and AI Mode have no official API, so we read those two engines through a licensed search-data provider (SerpApi LLC, USA). We never scrape any engine's consumer interface ourselves. An answer may not be identical to what you see in the same engine's app. Each prompt is asked in your brand's language with web search enabled. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google also get your brand's country; the Gemini API offers no country setting. We extract the brands mentioned and the sources cited in each answer.
The same prompt is not asked of the same engine twice within 24 hours: "Rescan" on an interrupted scan only fills the gaps. Ai answers change over time; read the trend, not a single scan.
The first scan starts as soon as you approve the prompts while adding a brand. If you choose "I'll do this later", the prompts are saved and the first scan runs on its own by the next morning (03:00 UTC); to start it right away, use "Start the first scan" on the Overview. Later scans follow the brand's frequency, weekly or daily. If your credit doesn't cover a full scan, it runs as far as the remaining credit allows; with no credit left, no scan starts.
03How do credits and measurement levels work?
At the Standard level, 1 credit = 1 prompt × 1 engine × 1 scan. Credits belong to the organization. On paid plans the monthly credits renew every 30 days; the free plan's starting credits cover one scan and a few assistant questions; they don't renew and lapse if unused within 30 days. Reports don't use credits. The assistant in the dashboard uses 1–3 credits depending on the question; the assistant on the website is free.
Each brand has a measurement level: Standard, Advanced or Deep. The level decides which models the engines are asked with; Advanced and Deep use more capable models and spend more credits per call. Brand settings show each level's estimated monthly credit use for that brand. On the free plan, measurement runs at Standard.
A level change applies from the next scan. The trend chart marks the scan where the level changed: scores before and after that point were measured with different models.
If credits run out mid-scan, the scan runs as far as the remaining credits allow and is marked "partial". On paid plans you can buy an extra credit pack from the billing page when credits run short: a pack is valid for 12 months, and your monthly credits are spent before the pack. Credit terms are in the terms of use.
04Where do sources and actions come from?
Sources are the sites the engines cite in their answers: review sites, forums, news, marketplaces and your own site. For each source you can see whether you or a competitor appears there.
Actions are built from that evidence, such as "complete your G2 profile" or "publish a comparison page". Every suggestion is tied to data; if a scan produced no answers (credits ran out, engines didn't respond), no new suggestions are made and the previous list is kept.
When you mark an action as done, the same suggestion is not reopened by later scans. You can see how your score moves after your work in the trend chart.
05How are reports produced and shared?
The monthly report is generated in one click from the panel, and on paid plans it is also produced automatically on the 1st of each month for the previous month (on by default; you can turn it off in the brand's settings). It can be downloaded as a PDF or shared with a no-login link. A report carries the data from the moment it was produced and doesn't change afterwards.
A share link stays open until you revoke it. You can revoke or renew it at any time; a revoked link and its PDF no longer open.
If your plan includes it, reports can carry your own logo, color and footer (white label). The comparison table on the pricing page shows what each plan includes.
On the Agency plans the automatic report is emailed to the client addresses you add in the brand's settings (up to 5) under your agency's name. The client can unsubscribe in one click, and a copy goes to your team the same day. On other plans the report goes to your team.
06How do I add my team, and what are the roles?
Owner: billing, member management and all brands. Admin: member management (except the owner), create and delete brands, settings, reports. Member: edits the brands they are assigned to. Viewer: sees only the dashboards and reports of the brands shared with them and cannot make changes.
The viewer role is for inviting your client to the dashboard. Data is separated per organization and brand in the database: each user sees only the brands they have been given access to.
How many users you can add depends on your plan; viewers and pending invites count too. The comparison table on the pricing page shows each plan's user count.
07How do billing and payment work?
Payments are processed by iyzico. Your billing country sets the currency: customers in Turkey pay in TRY and the TRY prices on the pricing page include VAT; customers outside Turkey pay in USD and are invoiced as an export of services.
Billing and extra credit purchases belong to the organization's owner. For customers in Turkey, paid plans start with a 7-day free trial: card details are required but nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing. Customers outside Turkey get no trial; instead, every payment carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. To change your plan or number of brands, write to info@vibetogeo.com. Plan changes and credit renewals happen after the payment provider confirms the payment. Subscription, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are in the "Subscription and payment" section of the terms of use.
08How is my data handled?
Your prompts, engine answers, actions and reports belong to you and your team. VIBE TO GEO's admin screens do not show this content; they show usage and billing information only.
We currently measure product usage on the server: no analytics cookie is written to your browser, and measurement events carry no email, IP address or measurement content. Referral codes in partner links are not stored on your device either. The current list is in the cookie policy.
Questions and answers typed into the chat assistant are kept for 30 days, then deleted; no email, IP address or account details are stored with them. To answer, the assistant in the dashboard uses a summary of your account (plan, credits, brands, scores, measurement status); that summary is not stored.
You can close your account from the billing page: scans stop immediately, you can undo it for 30 days, and after that your data is deleted. Invoices remain as accounting records for the legal retention period.
Details are in the KVKK notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
