How is the visibility score calculated?
The score runs from 0 to 100 and has three parts: mention rate (50%), position (30%) and positive tone (20%).
Mention rate is the share of answers that mention your brand. Position is where your brand appears among the brands named in an answer: first place earns full points, and the component drops to zero at fifth place and below. Tone is read from the sentences that mention your brand; a negative sentence about a competitor does not affect yours.
Position and tone are measured only in the answers that mention you and enter the score multiplied by your mention rate: every answer that does not mention you scores zero on those two parts as well. So if you are mentioned in half the answers, your score is at most 50 even if you come first and positive every time. The score uses the latest answer on each engine for every active prompt that doesn't name you. A prompt that names your brand surfaces it anyway, so it doesn't count toward the score, share of voice or competitor rank; you'll find its answers on the Prompts page. The report states how many answers the score rests on.
Mentions are first matched literally in the text, including Turkish suffixes ("Bitelabın", "Bitelaba"). If a brand name collides with an everyday word (say, a brand called "Ritim", Turkish for rhythm), a small language model makes the call. Share of voice is your mentions divided by the mentions of you and your competitors combined.
